Program Description

USFundAdvisor.AI sends recurring automated text messages (SMS/MMS) to business owners who have requested a funding analysis through our website. Messages relate to:

• The status of the funding application or analysis you requested.
• Business funding and loan options matched to your request.
• Requests for information needed to complete your application.
• Customer care follow-up and responses to your questions.

How to Opt In

Consent to receive text messages is collected on our website only, on any of three pages: our text message sign-up page at usfundadvisor.ai/sms-opt-in, the contact step of our business funding request form at usfundadvisor.ai/steps, and the contact step of our mortgage request form at usfundadvisor.ai/mortgage. We do not collect consent verbally, on paper, by QR code, or by text keyword. After entering your mobile phone number, you may check a separate, unchecked box that reads:

“I agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages (SMS) from US Fund Advisor at the phone number provided, including messages about funding opportunities, loan and mortgage options, and financial readiness. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving services. Message frequency varies, typically 2-6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.”

This checkbox is separate from all other consents, is unchecked by default, and is never required to submit the form or to receive any product or service from us. We only send text messages to phone numbers whose owner affirmatively checked this box.

Message Frequency & Cost

• Message frequency varies, typically 2-6 messages per month, based on your activity and the status of your funding request.
• Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
• We are not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier. Contact your carrier for details on your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you send one of these keywords, we will send you a single confirmation message and then no further text messages will be sent. If you want to rejoin, submit a new request through our website and opt in again.

Carriers & Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Your Mobile Information & Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of sharing, selling, and disclosure described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages you requested, and is disclosed only to the messaging service providers that transmit those messages on our behalf and only for that purpose.
